Credit rating or scores
4.1 We offer a free credit check on the Website that will provide You with a credit rating. The credit rating is calculated using Your Data which is entered into a mathematical formula which we have created. The formula is a commercial secret and we will not disclose it to You.
4.2 If You provide us with any untrue, inaccurate or false data, information or response, this may cause the credit rating that we provide to You to be inaccurate or wrong.
4.3 As we may not know all the facts which could have an effect on Your credit score we make no warranty and take no responsibility for the accuracy, relevance or otherwise of Your credit rating or score. Subject to the exclusion and limitations set out in Clause 8 below, You agree not to hold us responsible or liable for any loss or damage that You may suffer either directly or indirectly from the use of the credit ratings we provide.
4.4 You agree that You will not use any of the information that we provide to You including any credit rating as the sole basis for any decision You make.

4.5 We also provide information about Your credit rating and credit generally. This may include such matters as an explanation of how Your credit rating is calculated, who has access to it and how You may try to improve it and/or how You may try to fix errors on credit files.

This site does not provide or offer legal or other advice, and it is to be used for informational purposes only. One such company is Positive Response UK Limited, an introduction company, of Roddis House, 4-12 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH1 1LG and You hereby give Your express consent for them to contact You in relation to any application or form fill that You might make on this Website, to establish whether they, or any of their customers might be able to help You.   
7.3 In the event that we pass Your details to another company, such as Positive Response UK Limited, they may telephone You and offer You advice, credit or other services. If You do not wish to use their services and inform them of this, they will delete Your Data from their records and You will not be contacted by them in any form again.
7.4 If You do wish to use the services of a company to which we have passed Your details, the company may email You to provide You with information which they believe may be of interest to You. You will not receive more than 12 such emails in a period of one calendar year. However, whilst every effort will be made to ensure that any complaints or enquiries are dealt with as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that they will always be dealt with within the timescale You may require.
14.3 Any disputes between You and us about the Website, Your use of the Website and Your relationship with us, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Clause 14.4 below, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which each party submits.
